HKPC PICASSO
The “HKPC Picasso” multipurpose AI platform, developed by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), integrates a wide range of common development tasks—such as data annotation and model deployment—along with validated, standardised core AI modules, featuring extensible architecture and component library. Users can rapidly deploy capabilities like visual inspection and large language model (LLM) without building from scratch, achieving an efficient and compliant intelligent transformation that meets both local and international standards. The platform further supports developers in leveraging its architecture and component library for deep integration and innovation, facilitating collaborative co-creation with users to accelerate the adoption and implementation of AI technology across industries.
PistaChio
“PistaChio” is an AI solution incubated under the proprietary framework “HKPC Picasso” and successfully implemented within HKPC operations. It represents Hong Kong’s first patented AI-driven technological solution for assessing Government Funding Scheme applications. By seamlessly integrating a conversational chatbot, a centralised knowledge management portal, and an agentic AI vetting assistant, "PistaChio" offers significant enhancements in both service quality and operational efficiency. "PistaChio" has already been implemented in the application assessment process of a large-scale Government Funding Scheme and can be applied to other Government Funding Schemes or administrative workflows.
