The Patent Application Grant (PAG) is a funding scheme designed to assist local companies and individuals in applying for patents for their own inventions. Its aim is to encourage local companies and inventors to capitalise on their intellectual work through patent registration. The maximum funding support available is HK$250,000 or 90% of the total direct costs of the patent application, whichever is lower.
