AI Stress Relief Button Workshop <W1-21>

1. Introduction (5 min): What is AI? How can AI help us in daily life? — with a fun twist on emotional well-being
2. AI Concept Demo (5 min): Live demonstration of AI generating personalised responses, images, or messages
3. Hands-on Creation (15–20 min): Each participant assembles a personalised AI Stress Relief Button — a simple, creative electronic device that uses AI to generate a personalised encouraging message, fun fact, or meme when pressed
4. Customisation (5 min): Participants decorate and customise their buttons
5. Sharing & Takeaway (5 min): Participants share their creations; take their AI Stress Relief Button home as a souvenir
Learning Outcomes:
• Understand how AI-generated content works (text, images)
• Experience the design-make-customise process of a simple electronic device
