Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly becoming an integral part of core business operations. As generative AI, AI Hub platforms and intelligent automation technologies continue to mature, enterprises are moving beyond initial exploration towards practical implementation, leveraging AI to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and strengthen decision-making. At the same time, enterprises expanding their cross-border and global operations need to address critical issues such as data governance, information security and regulatory compliance, while building a secure and robust digital foundation.
From a practical business perspective, this course will introduce how AI agents, multi-model applications and AI Hub platforms can support business operations and digital transformation. It will also explore AI implementation strategies, governance frameworks, risk management, security and compliance. Through practical case studies and experience sharing, participants will gain insights into the key considerations for implementing AI, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening data governance, and developing the digital capabilities required to support cross-border operations and global business expansion.
