In active response to national strategies and HKSAR Government's policies, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is co-organising the "Guangzhou-Hong Kong Synergy: Bay Integration & Global Expansion" with the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee. The event aims to support Guangzhou’s real economy and tech innovation sectors in expanding international development space, and deepen two-way economic, trade and innovation integration between Guangzhou and Hong Kong。

The event will be held from 8 to 9 September 2026 (Tuesday to Wednesday). Multiple exhibition booths will be set up at the venue, inviting enterprises from 11 districts of Guangzhou to showcase their core products — covering high-quality Guangzhou-made goods across sectors including intelligent manufacturing, new energy, life and health, and consumer products.

Leading officials from the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee will be invited to attend and witness the official launch of the seminar. A thematic sharing session on Guangzhou enterprises’ global expansion via Hong Kong will follow, with expert representatives from HKPC invited to share Hong Kong’s supporting policies for overseas expansion and technological innovation.
