About the Event
As Hong Kong expands its focus on Middle East and ASEAN visitor markets, demand for Halal dining services continues to grow. Halal certification not only demonstrates compliance with dietary requirements but also helps businesses strengthen customer confidence and access new market opportunities.
This project will support the food, catering and hospitality sectors through a series of professional workshops, a Halal-friendly Operations Guide for Hong Kong's Catering Industry, a dedicated project website and industry sharing events.
