Important Notes:
1. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “Extreme Conditions” is/are in force at 12:00 noon on the day of the Forum, the Forum will be postponed to 27 November 2026 (Friday) at the same time and venue.
2. The Organiser reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
